Mr. Kitazume was born on July 24, 1962 at Tokyo, Japan. He entered the famous BeVore studio which was lead by Mr. Kogawa after he graduated from Tokyo Design Collage. "Danbai" and "AirGun" are the two anime he first worked on and the female characters he portrayed are deeply embraced by anime fans. In 1982, he and Mr. Onda Naoyuki and other animator friends created their own studio "Pack Studio".
The first anime he worked on with AIC is "ICER" and after that he joined AIC. Mr. Kitazume's famous anime works are "Gundam ZZ", "Moldiver" and "Virgin Fleet".
He now left AIC to become a freelance animator and comic artist.
