Mr. Okuda was born on January 17, 1963 at Yamaguchi Pref., Japan. He is one of the few animators who joined AIC from the very beginning of AIC history. Mr. Okuda started as an inbetweener and worked on most AIC anime and became an animation director and character designer.
Mr. Okuda's most famous character design is "Daul!" and his latest anime is "Tenchi Muyo! GXP".
He now works as a freelance with AIC.
