Mashis and all her followers start the fight with the Masakis in order to execute the "I-absolutly-will-never-hand-my-sister-to-anybody-else Mission" and stop Tenchi and other members of the Masaki family.
But this mission ends very quickly and easily and so it happens that all Mashis members are captured and held captive in Masaki's living room. At the same time Misao is irritated as he was waiting on the Chobimaru for his sister's arrival but there are no news at all. More than enough time has passed for Mihoshi's shuttle to arrive from earth, so why is there no response? Suddenly on the bridge of the Chobimaru the sensors detect a strong energy approaching...
It turns out to be Ryoko and Ryo-Ohki who are yelling: "Hand us Tenchi!"
Ayeka is astonished at what Washu is murmuring to herself: "I see, they try to erase Tenchi by pretending it's an accident".
But Mihoshi's shuttle is still there. And suddenly, Mihoshi shows up...

Misao kicks the email machine with furious anger. "Who is this Tenchi! Must be a man. My elder sister is being fooled by that man. According to Mihoshi's report, that Tenchi person is surrounded by many other women!"
"If my sister has became like this, then....gotta remove that guy from the picture. Yes. That's the only way. The guy named Masaki Tenchi who's mentioned in Mihoshi's report."

-» A new voice over comment was added on Tenchi-web. The latest voice over is Miss Shintoh Naomi(as Kamiki Noike Jurai). Miss Shintoh explains her impression of Noike in episode 3. In this episode Noike really talks a lot and she hopes the audience will enjoy it. On the other hand, Miss Shintoh said that she was very nervous as this is the first time she joined the Tenchi world and worked with so many famous senior members. Though she was anxious, she feels like she is one of Tenchi family by playing the role of Noike who had so many lines in episode 3. -» The official "Tenchi Muyo!" website was updated on February 19 with a short comment from Mr. Hanawa Eiji (as "Z") after the voice recording session of episode 3. Mr.Hanawa first made a short comment in the interview about his first appearance in the Tenchi Muyo! world. He said the biggest thing on his chest is that he is surrounded by very famous voice overs and he thinks he is the only one who has that unduly nervous loom over him in the studio. Also, his comment about "Z" is: "Z" looks like a cool and reticent person with a threatening appearance. But audiences may find another side of "Z" in episode 3. Mr. Hanawa also mentioned that "Z" is still a character full of mysteries to him but the mysterious part is also a fun part of playing the role and he hopes the fans will enjoy it, too. (2004-02-26)

Yokoyama Chisa (as Sasami) after the voice recording session of episode 3 from the 3rd OVA series. Miss Yokoyama first asked the fans to be patient, since even though the voice session was finished on February 4, the results will not be released until the middle of March. Miss Yokoyama also mentioned that in episode 3, Sasami-chan is being told that she doesn't have to do the cooking and the cheerless countenance of Sasami-chan made Miss Yokoyama feel quite sorry for Sasami-chan. So it was one of the major points for her in episode 3 of the 3rd OVA series.(2004-02-20)
-» The official "Tenchi Muyo!" website updated on February 17 with a short comment from Miss. Orikasa Ai(as Ryoko) after voice recording session of episode 3. Miss Orikasa first giggled and explained she giggled because more and more girls keep showing up around Tenchi and all of them are full of mystery. But Ryoko is not very happy and the jealousy flares up since all new girls are pretty and cute. The highlight that Miss Orikasa gave is that the mystery behind Mihoshi will be mentioned in episode 3. There are four AIC anime will be showed at an all-night event "Ninth Gate Opera" of "Nerima Anime Festival in Ooizumi"(a cooperate event of "Tokyo International Anime Fair") from 1:am to 6:00am on March 6th, 2004 at T-Joy Oizumi . The purpose of the "Nerima Anime Festival" is to bring anime closer to people by local events, as there are many famous anime studios in the Nerima area of Tokyo.
