Ross is a lieutenant in MPD who just transferred from Chicago, Earth. He dislikes cyborgs and androids because one killed his girlfriend, Jennifer.
He has trouble to coping up with Armitage at the beginning when he took his current position on Mars. But he gradually comes to understand her true inner feelings and becomes Naomi's best partner.
He drives Ferrari 250GT and uses a Springfield High Capacity Gun. He prefers old-fashioned style objects and rarely shows his inner feelings.
