Episode 1 "Decisive Battle" (05/04/2001 on air) Dr. Katou Danjou leads the Four kyokuoh in the destruction of major cities around the world. Project D (Dangaioh) stands up against them. The three members of the Dangai team, B (Bust), F (Flail), and X (Cross) are called on to fight with the new enemies. Dangaioh defeats a number of the invaders, but Dr. Katou, sensing the tactical disadvantage, unites the Four Kyokuoh into a giantrobot to challenge the Dangai Numbers. The Dangai Numbers soon uniteto formDangaioh to battle Dr. Katou's giant robot. Using it's powerful weapon, the "Crosstalnad", Dangaioh easily defeated Dr. Katou's flying fortress and his plans for revenge. (Robots in this episode: Rengokujyu-Chillparo, Rengokujyu-Pluto, Rengokujyu-Alpio, Flying fortress-Kokyutos) Episode 2 "Hold a Fort" (12/04/2001 on air) The Dangai Numbers are protecting Futagami Island, the location of the AwarudaBase. Suddenly a giant flying fortress robot named "Dubon" attacks it. Bird shaped robots attacking the Dangaioh are easily defeated by Dangaioh B. They appear to attempt escape, but thenunite in theocean to formthe giant robot "Dubon" and resumetheirattack. (Robots in this episode: Bird robots, Fortress robot-Dubon) Episode 3 "Serious Attack! 3 sandstorm Majin" (19/04/2001 on air) The Dangai Numbers are called up to protect the nuclear power station in Taiwan, which is being attacked by the guerilla army Apperz. It was just a trick however, as Futakami Island is then attacked by Akemdis while the Dangai Numbers are away. Almedis breaks through the Awarudabase's defense systems and begins approaching thecontrol tower while the Dimul transform into the robot "Apperz". Howwill the Dangai Numbers defeat these enemies? (Robots in this episode: Hurricane Majin-Apperz, Fire Majin-Akemedis, Hotsand Majin-Thimul) Episode 4 "The castle in crisis" (26/04/2001 on air) Yajima Jyukou's owner is secretly planning on taking over the Awaruda base. The base is currently under repair from damage suffered from previous battles, and is using his companies' machines and robots in the construction. Suddenly he let the machines run amok and attack the Awaruda base. Kuya and Hitomi are outside of the base and are forced to fight with the construction robot staff. Luckily Manami's Dangai F is still functioning and saves them. Soon, the rogue machines and robots combine to form "Buildreger" and begin attacking the base. Even after uniting to form Dangaioh they still have a very difficult time defeating Buildreger. A member of the Dangai Numbers accidentally fires the "Burning Blow", striking down Buildreger and saving the day. (Robots in this episode: Destory machin King-Buildreger) Episode 5 "Devil From the Sky" (03/05/2001 on air) The United Nations plans an attack on an underground base and asks the Dangai Numbers for help. Knightstock, who is attempting to rule the world, attacks the Awaruda base by firing a laser beam from the sky at Futakami Islan. With the base in crisis, they attempt to contact Kuhya. Unfortunately, he forgot to bring his cellular phone and they are unable to locate him with no defense against theonslaught from above. Finally Awaruda base contacts Kuya and the Dangai Numbers fight back against Knightstock. After finally being able to transform in to Dangaioh, they are able to defeat Knightsock and save Awaruda base. (Robots in this episode: Gathering Light Wing Solder-Knightstock) Episode 6 "Caesar is howling " (10/05/2001 on air) The Imperial army is planning on taking over the world, but it's too early for them to launch a real war. Old General Harris, disagreeing with his superiors, puts his plan into motion using "Caesars G", a robot that excels in undersea battles. Forced to fight underwater and with Manami in great danger, the control center orders the Dangai Numbers to withdraw. Trusing his mental powers,Kuya disobeys orders and keeps fighting,believing that Manami's machine will recover and they will be victorious. (Robots in this episode: Sea Devil Giant Solder- Caesars G) Episode 7 "7 kinds of transform above the ocean! " 17/05/01 on air Hitomi feels as though gangsters are following her while she's shopping (but later realizes that they are her bodyguards). To give them the slip, she changes into a different dress, but unfortunately there are too many of them and just as they are about to catch up with her, she's whisked off by a stranger onto the cruiseship "Daidalos". Her "savior" turns out to be MadamMidorikawa who is trying tobrainwash the Dangaioh pilot and control everything, which is why she saved Hitomi. Just as Hitomi is about to be brainwashed, special forces break into the ship and save Hitomi. As they make their escape the cruise ship transforms into a giant robot to battle Dangaioh. (Robots in this episode: Transforming cruising ship Daidaros XV) Episode 8 "The falling star from the evil sky" (24/05/01 on air) A mysterious robot named Romlin is suddenly put in charge of the Dangaioh pilot health exams and prepares new battle suits for Manami and Hitomi using it's own judgment. Romlin declares that the new battle suits can activate the pilot's nerve system with high frequency electronic waves to power up their physical strength. Hitomi and Manami suit up to fight against a giant alien attacking Narita airport.Gelfo, the giant alien, can somehow absorb attacks from enemies without damage. Dangaioh's attacks are unsuccessful and the pilots are knocked unconscious due to a blow from Gelfo. Suddenly Romlin's new battle suit activates and Manami and Hitomi react and start fighting back... (Robot in this episode: Detective robot monster-Gelfo) Episode 9 "Sudden strike by the shadow of sword" (07/06/01 on air) Awaruda is suddenly attacked by the robot Angokuten and a robot ninja. Dangai Numbers B and F are in maintenance and are unable to launch. only Dangai X is available to battle the invaders. The ninja robot is easily defeated, but Dangai X has a difficult in it's battle with Ankokuten. While Dangai X is battling the robots, a ninja sneaks into Awaruda base and paralyzes the base's operations. He captures Kuya and Manami and ventures into a forbidden area. The leader of the attacking force, Mikazuchi, and his followers find a huge water tank and place Mia Alice inside. Mikazuchi also possesses ESP power and is stunned to see all that Mia Alice has been through up until now. Simultaneously, Dangaioh X is in grave danger, as Ankokuten has united with another robot, Hikioh, to become Great Ankokuten. Can Dangaioh X and the other members defeat the new threat? (Robot in the episode: Gama Robo-Hikioh, Ninja Robot, Ankokuten and Great Ankokuten) Episode 10 "The Great Warrior" (14/06/01 on air) Awaruda base is suddenly attacked by the Indian robot Black Elg. He launches the attack to take back the administration from the United States. The Dangai Numbers fight Black Elg, who is a lost soul of an Indian warrior, but are easily defeated and in the process lose Dangaioh F, who is taken away by Black Elg. Kuya, as he watchesBlack Elg take away Manami's DangaiohF, recalls the terrible memory from years ago where hewitnessed the death of his brother Susumu. He fights back with all his might and rescues Manami. Black Elg resumes his attack the Dangaioh can't unite due to the damage done to Dangaioh F. The Alien Zolfo appears, ready to attack the Dangaioh as well... (Robots in this episode: Warrior Black Elg, Detective Robot monster-Zolfo) Episode 11 "The pass back on track" (21/06/01 on air) Bitter memories of the conflict between Dr. Katou and Dr. Yonamine on the direction of the Dangaioh project from yearsago persist. Dr. Yonamine's subordinate Miya continues her spiritual ESP connection to ESP expert Mia Alice. In the last episode, Kuya witnessed the enemy take away Manami and recalled the terrible memories of when he lost his dearest brother. He can't forget that image, even when he returnsto the basement. Whilehe struggles with the memories, a mysterious luminous object appears and attacks a small town in Europe. Dangai Numbers set up for battle and attempt to unite into Dangaioh. The luminous object, however, notice their movements and stops the union and reveals it's true form, it's the automated Dangaioh developed by Dr. Katou- Dangaioh Ur. The voice that emanates from Dangaioh Ur is that of Kuya's brother, Susumu. Kuya is in complete shock that his brother may still be alive, but the truth is... (Robot in this episode: Dangaioh Ur) Episode 12 " Treat of Zero" (28/06/01 on air) Kuya is in complete shock, but he must battle Dangaioh Ur no matter what. Manami is reaching her physical limitations and has to head back to the basement as Dangai Numbers. Kuya resumes fighting Dangaioh Ur even though he knows he can't win. At that moment, the Alien Zolfo appears and Dangaioh Ur heads off to fight Zolfo, leaving Kuya standing alone inshock. The Dangaioh members return to Awaruda with a depressed Kuya and seriously wounded Manami. Dangaioh Ur easily defeats Zolfo, but an electric spark begins showing in it's body, and the voice is becoming more electronic... (Robot in this episode: Daigaioh Ur, 8 detective Robot Monsters- Zolfo) Episode 13 "Invincibility!! G-Dangaioh Liftoff!" (05/07/01 on air) The Dangai Numbers launch another attack at the Dangaioh Ur. Kuya is still hesitant to fight with Dangaioh. When he realizes that Hitomi and Manami are fighting with him, even though they have prepared for the worst, he pulls himself togetherand they defeat Dangaioh Ur.Immediately following their victory, three giant alienrobots appear. Thetremendous energyreleased by these robots (Bababaruba, Buchale and Inogilgo) is much higher than that of Dangaioh. Even whenusing all of their powers, Dangaioh is unable to do anything to harm the aliens. Suddenly, Great Dangaioh shows up to easily defeat Bababaruba and Buchale. As the Great Dangaioh departs, it leaves a few final words to Kuya "It's about time for the little fishes to leave the stage!" Dr. Yonamine begins changing into another uniform, whispering "The real battle has just begun!"
