Cofy is the mayor of Dance Valley, the town which mixes Music with Magic.
She wants to educate a Majokko* in her own town. Therefor she doesn't allow
witches from other towns to enter her territory. That is why she puts Padudu
into jail without give her a chance to argue. She is good at using her magic
while dancing and singing.
