BACKGOURND TIME---Year 2034, the same time as "Bubblegum Crisis" Years after Tokyo suffered from the second Kantou Earthquake. STAGE---The tall A.D.Police Head Office rising up in the middle of a business center as a land mark. Genom Corporation is a giant corporation in its heyday and blessed with the prosperity from the boomers created by Dr. Quincy. The advanced Boomer technology makes boomers look and behaves exactly like human beings. The main stage of this new series does not occur in the head office but a special agent "BRANCH" located somewhere in downtown area. Branch Members---Boomers and "BRANCH" members. "BRANCH" is a special institution inside A.D.Police. In contrast to front line agents like Leon, the BRANCH is more like the FBI when comparing it to the normal police.
